4 FAQs about [Portable power supply case]
Can a computer case fit a power supply?
Some computer cases can accommodate a full-size power supply while others require a smaller, more specific size such as those sometimes found in brand-name computers. Proprietary style power supplies, such as those found in computers manufactured by HP (Hewlett-Packard), Compaq, Dell, Gateway, etc., may not be compatible with other systems.
What is the difference between a power supply and a case?
As you can see in the image below, power supplies not only differ in size, but in shape as well. The power supply on the right is has a rectangular, elongated shape to fit in a more slender or smaller case. If you are building a custom computer, most standard computer cases can accommodate a standard sized power supply.
How do you connect a power supply to a case?
a: Align the screw holes in the power supply with the screw holes in the case. b: Secure the power supply to the case with the power supply screws. c: If the power supply has a voltage selection switch, set this switch to match the voltage in your area. What is the voltage in your area? Answers may vary. Either 110/115v or 220/230v.
Do you cover accidental damage to your portable products?
Accidents Happen. That’s why for your portable products we cover accidental damage from handling such as drops, spills and cracked screens. We also cover electrical and mechanical malfunctions, power surges, and wear and tear.
